Transfer Coating
During the transfer coating process, the profile is painted with a powder paint of any folio color.
The excess powder is then vacuumed and the profile is then sublimed at an appropriate temperature.
Capacity: 2,500 ton / year.
PVC Coating
During the PVC coating process, the profile is painted with a powder paint of any suitable folio color. It is then coated with the folio and a special glue then pressed.
Capacity: 1,000 ton / year.
